Nikola Cejic was born in Vrsac, Serbia, and has always had a lifelong interest in real estate; buying his first rental property during his senior year of high school. His goal is to serve clients by offering white-glove service and tenacious representation. In 2008, Niko moved from Belgrade, Serbia to Johnson City, in Upstate New York, and was recruited to SUNY Morrisville to play football and lacrosse. There he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Since a young age, he has worked in construction, both independently and with family; building his parent’s house before graduating college. Coming from a construction background along with being a licensed General Contractor, gives him a stronger understanding of each property, what fits people’s specific needs, and potential hazards to avoid as a buyer.
